DESCRIPTION:On Sunday June 2nd\, the Iolanthe Opera Company will return to the 1867 Sanctuary with Voices of Spring: An Afternoon of Opera. \nThe Iolanthe Opera Company is New Jersey’s newest amateur opera company\, bringing non-traditional stagings of Gilbert & Sullivan\, Mozart and more to Mercer County.  Several talented singers and a cellist will present a variety of rare and well-loved gems by Handel\, Gilbert & Sullivan\, Granados and more. \nSuggested donation is $25.  Proceeds will support the 1867 Sanctuary as well as our inaugural production of Pirates of Penzance\, aiming to set sail this fall. \nPerformers: \nJason Adamo\, bass-baritone \nElizabeth Axler\, soprano \nTimothy Faulkner\, tenor \nEmily Kwak\, soprano & cello \nPriyanka Mukhergee\, soprano \nDora Schnur\, soprano \nJoseph Krupa\, piano \n
