Preservation New Jersey and the New Jersey Jazz Society welcome jazz vocalist PJ Parker to the 1867 Sanctuary with pianist Sean Gough for a program of jazzy love songs!
The level of comfort that Parker has with these classic songs is impressive in its depth. She knows them inside and out and is keenly aware of how to make them seem new again – All About Jazz

Pianist Sean Gough has deep musical roots, attending concerts since age 2 and playing piano since age 8, drawing widely from American popular music and European classical music. Since age 18, Sean has worked as a professional musician. In 2007, he had the fortune of meeting veteran bassist Gene Perla, starting in an apprenticeship model that had mostly gone away decades ago. They since have played in groups featured across the United States and in Europe. Sean freelances with other bands and often accompanies singers, including operatic tenor Ronald Naldi (his grandfather). He wil appear as a sideman on several recordings currently in production for 2020.
Jazz at the 1867 Sanctuary and throughout the Trenton/Princeton area is featured on trenton.jazznearyou.com. Download their app for iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire!
