Join us for A Christmas Celebration at 1867 Sanctuary Arts and Culture Center! It’s a performance of Christmas favorites and some originals in a jazz duo style!

PJ Parker & Alex Otey provide a variety of holiday special music from the historic venue that has won the hearts of many!

PJ is a renowned singer of jazz and Alex is an award-winning musician/producer. Enjoy the sounds of the season from 1867 Sanctuary Arts and Culture Center!

A native New Yorker, Jazz Vocalist PJ Parker (pjparker.net) has toured the United States and the Caribbean, having performed /recorded with Jazz greats Harry Leahey, Steve Gilmore, John Bianculli, Gene Perla, Gary Mazzaroppi. She has also appeared as the opening act band for Harry Connick, Jr. and John Pizzarelli in Atlantic City. She regularly appears in the tri-state area.

PJ has released three CDs: Intimate , Dreams Are Meant For Two and  It’s Christmas all having enjoyed international airplay and acclaim. Her original music has been featured in film, television and internet streaming programs such as CSI, Parenthood ,The Hand of God, Vampire Diaries, and Riverdale, as well as the films West End and A Drop of Love .Her fourth recording project is in production awaiting a Spring 2021 release.

PJ’s music may be heard on major streaming and download sites.

Alex Otey is a pianist, singer, trumpeter, composer/arranger, producer and recording engineer who has performed with a number of prominent jazz musicians and recorded with Grover Washington Jr. and Richie Cole. He’s a participant on a GRAMMY® Winning and on two GRAMMY® Nominated projects as a contributing artist, producer and arranger. He holds a Masters in Music Business from Berklee College of Music, performs regularly as a Jazz Piano-Vocalist, and hosts The Trenton Jazz Show aired on WWFM JazzOn2 89.1 HD2. www.AlexOtey.com
