Preservation New Jersey is pleased to host a benefit concert to help in the repairs of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France and of the 1867 Sanctuary in Ewing. This 7 hour event is produced and organized by local musician Carm Marranco.
There is no admission fee. Any donation is acceptable! Come and go as you please. All proceeds from this event will be sent to Friends of Notre Dame, 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, STE 425, Washington, DC 20006 and Preservation New Jersey/1867 Sanctuary, PO Box 7815, West Trenton, NJ 08628.
As we are all aware, the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris has suffered a tragic fire and is in need of restoration to its former glory! Locally, the 152 year-old 1867 Sanctuary, a historic landmark former church is being adapted by the nonprofit Preservation New Jersey as a regional Arts and Culture venue. We are hosting a benefit concert to help in the process of reconstruction and restoration of these treasures far and near. A day of free music to encourage donations will help with these repairs. Many thanks to all of the great musicians for coming forward to help with the event.
The schedule for the musicians who are donating their exceptional talents for the cause is:
2:00 to 2:45 pm: Kevin Toft & the Alternators
3:00 to 3:45 pm: Dick Gratton and Linda Lee
4:00 to 4:45 pm: The Trenton Makes Band
5:00 to 5:45 pm: Roundabout
6:00 to 6:45 pm: Deb and Mike
7:00 to 7:45 pm: The Ragtime Rascals
8:00 to 9:00 pm: The True-Tones
Your presence and donations to help in the repairs of these treasures far and near is appreciated!
