Bill Mosher, Tenor
Sunday, May 1, 2016, 3:00 pm
at the 1867 Sanctuary at Ewing
Please join Bill Mosher and quite a few friends as he sings American folk songs, American standards, American art song, and musical theater (mostly American!), accompanied on the grand piano by Josh Wilson.
Bill Mosher, a tenor, is a senior at Westminster Choir College. As a student about to graduate, he’s performed with the Westminster Symphonic Choir in Mahler 8th Symphony, Bernstein’s Mass, and Carmina Burana among others with the world’s leading orchestras. Last year, he sang with the Grammy nominated choir, Williamson Voices, and sang in Oxford in the St. Anne’s choir for a conducting workshop last summer. He’s a proud member of the Westminster Jubilee Singers, a choir that celebrates music of the black idiom, gospel, spirituals, jazz, among others.
Outside of Westminster, he’s been a singer in VOICES Chorale for 8 years, and serves as tenor section leader in the Ewing Presbyterian Church Choir. Bill has a passion for community based groups and plans to move further into leadership roles after graduation.
Bill has frequently been a featured soloist in choirs, and has performed as a cabaret performer in numerous locations around the Princeton area. He and his accompanist, Josh Wilson, will be working on a new cabaret act moving forward.
Donations will be shared between Bill Mosher and the continuing restoration of the 1867 Sanctuary..
The 1867 Sanctuary is wheelchair accessible using the ramp on the left side of the building.
